SCHACKNOW MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS

The SCHACKNOW MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS  permanent collection and holdings consists of over 2500 objects and includes graphite and oils on canvas, photography and sculpture.  Three galleries are devoted to the works of Max Schacknow, who began creating art in 1952.   Maxie turned 89 years old in December, 2011.  The Museum has received donated works of art from some of our exhibitors.  These works are part of our permanent collection.  They are displayed  twice each year.
